Tee Ball
SFLL will refund player fees for cancellation (including medical need), less a $75 administrative fee up Sunday, January 12, 2025.  After January 12, 2025 and up to Sunday January 26, 2025 fees will be refunded less a $125 administrative fee. After January 26, 2024 no player fees will be refunded for cancelation (including medical need).

Farms, Rookie, Minors, Majors, Juniors, Seniors
SFLL will refund player fees for cancellation (including medical need), less a $100 administrative fee up to Sunday, January 12, 2025.  After January 12, 2025 and up to Sunday January 26, 2025 fees will be refunded less a $200 administrative fee.  After January 26, 2024 no player fees will be refunded for cancelation (including medical need).

Waitlist Players, All Divisions
Any player registered with fees paid who are not placed on a team by the second week of the regular season, will be refunded 100% of their registration fee.
