SFLL will refund 75% of player fees for cancellation (including medical need) prior to January 12, 2026, and 50% of player fees (including medical need) between January 12, 2026 and January 25, 2026.  No player fees will be refunded for cancellation (including medical need) after January 25, 2026. 

Waitlist Players, All Divisions

Any Waitlisted player registered with fees paid who are not placed on a team by the second week of the regular season, will be refunded 100% of their registration fee.

We apologize but we are not able to make exceptions. The policy is in place to ensure teams are filled and can be managed to maximize the quality of the experience for everyone.  Thank you for your understanding.
